Competences

For any consulting company the competences that can be offered depends strongly on the human capital in the company, this is even more true for a small company.
My background can be described by the following headlines:

Business Experience

With a business background from logistics and cost controlling I have worked with SAP since 1990, holding the following positions:

  • User participant in R/2 implementation.
  • Consultant and later Sr. Manager in an American consulting company.
  • Consultant Manager for the SAP competence centre in a large international company.
  • Self employed SAP R/3 consultant.

This has taken me through working in Europe, North America, South America and Asia and I have gained a broad international experience, culturally as well as business wise.

International
Experience

I have lived in Canada and USA, besides Denmark.

I have worked in Germany, England, France, Slovakia, Belgium, USA, Brazil, Japan, Thailand and Indonesia and gained a broad international experience.

SAP Experience

Application wise my home turf is within materials and production planning. That is the modules MM and PP, and I am certified consultant in both modules.
I have worked with SAP in different manufacturing environments covering the following strategies:

  • engineer-to-order
  • make-to-order
  • make-to-stock / discrete production
  • repetitive manufacturing

Besides MM and PP, I have also gained a good knowledge of the following areas of SAP:

  • Controlling (CO) ,  mainly product costing ( CO-PC )
  • Project system (PS)
  • Sales and distributio (SD)

This is mainly in the areas where these areas integrate with PP and MM.
I have participated in all phases of implementation:

  • pre-sale
  • prototyping
  • implementation
  • user support
  • upgrading
  • roll-out
  • training

Besides client specific training I have also taught the PP academy twice.
